Victoria Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie
A giant cookie in our 12cm Small Cast Iron Skillet! An easy, quick recipe, oven-free, and perfect as a dessert! Your family and friends will love its flavor!

Ingredients
- 200 g (1 ½ cups) Wheat flour
- 100 g Chocolate chips
- 90 g (5 tablespoons) White sugar
- 90 g (5 tablespoons) Brown sugar
- 60 g (3 tablespoons) Butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder or ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- Vanilla ice cream to taste
- Chocolate sauce to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips (flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt).
- Melt the butter before adding it to our mixture and incorporate well.
- Add the egg and begin kneading by hand until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Add the chocolate chips and knead until incorporated. Save some chips to place on top of the mixture once it is in our Victoria Skillet.
- Grease the Victoria Skillet very well and distribute the dough throughout the skillet, ensuring it covers all the edges. Also, flatten the surface so it is even everywhere.
- Place the reserved chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
- Place our Victoria Skillet on the stove over the lowest flame for approximately 30 minutes. It will remain a bit soft, but that is normal; you can turn off the heat and let it sit for about 5 more minutes while it cools before eating.
Note: to see if your cookie is ready, poke it with a toothpick; if the toothpick comes out clean, your cookie is ready.
You can serve it with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce!
