Cast Iron Dutch Oven Banana Bread
It’s time for a delicious dessert made in our Victoria Cast Iron Dutch Oven. A Banana Cake is perfect for everyone; it’s different, unique, and its texture and flavor are incomparable!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Chocolate bar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender, except for the cocoa and the chocolate bar; also set aside a few banana slices to use at the end
- Pour a portion of the mixture (leave about 1/4 of it) into your Dutch oven
- Add the cocoa powder to the remaining portion and mix, then pour it over the other mixture you already used; place it only in the middle and use a knife to make patterns—this is to create the marble effect
- Add pieces of the chocolate bar as well as the banana slices; leave some on the surface and push others into the mixture so they remain inside the cake
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F); remember that you know it is ready when you insert a knife and it comes out dry
- Let it rest before slicing so the texture doesn't become dense
