SIGNATUREsoft is our answer to the drawbacks of polished surfaces: a CNC-machined interior followed by a steel shot-blasting treatment that promotes faster seasoning and a naturally durable non-stick surface. Combined with its thick walls and flat base, it provides even heat for precise searing, slow-cooked stews, and perfect baking on any type of cooktop.
